  I went here with a friend the other day just to get a sugar free lemonade. The service was fast & the lemonade was very good.
  
  I also got a free order of yummy fries for some reason. Instead of throwing it away, they asked me if I wanted them& I said yes of course & shared them with my friend.
  
  They were hot & crispy. That was nice of them to do!

  Rule of thumb if you have a job that's in the customer service environment: USE YOUR DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  
  I fully understand that most employees here are straight out of high school, I've been there. But working in this type of field gives you customer service experience, LEARN FROM IT. The service I had was so awkward. The whole time I was ordering the girl taking my order did not make any eye contact and just went ahead and started making the food without confirmation and left me standing there wondering what's going to happen next. Sooo awkward. The girl didn't seem happy to greet me, corrected me in a snarky tone about the cherry lemonade when I said "Strawberry", overall the service was not pleasant.
  
  She put my corndogs in a cup rather than the usual paper plate they put it in and I simply asked if I can have the plate instead and she just left it on the counter for me to pick it up and immediately walks away. Honestly ate this corndog thinking of what review I was going to leave on Yelp.
  
  If you're not a customer friendly person then I say this field aint for you hun.

  Hot Dog on a Stick surprised me as I decided to give it a try. What I love most here is the service from the female worker (give her recognition) as I was guided excellently throughout the process. Corn Dog, Fries, and Lemonade are the main things here.
  
  The beef corn dog was the best with the meat pronounced and bread not too overbearing. The turkey corn dog and fries are just fine. Everything was hot and fresh out of the kitchen and the togo box was a neat touch. Can't give it 5 stars because it's in the food court and doesn't have that special feeling to it but I love the place regardless.

  Wanted a snack before movie on a Thursday afternoon; placed an order for The Box (2 hot dogs and a small fries).
  
  They skipped us and gave orders to 2 customers who ordered after us (1 ordered The Box, and 1 ordered 2 hot dogs). So we asked a lady in black (or dark navy) shirt about our order; when we asked, her immediate answer was "oh we're making your fries now". And the boy next to her literally threw the fries in the fryer right in our face. It's obvious that they forgot our order. One minute later, he put the box on the counter and gave us a weird look. Did not apologize, and did not call our name.
  
  Very bad service. I'm still giving 2 stars because of the food was made-to-order and fresh. However, I will not come back to this location again; I don't need the food that bad to pay for bad service.

  I've always loved hot dog on a stick!! But this one in particular has impressed me the most - - because of the customer service provided by Quyen. She was outstanding and so sincere. You can tell she cares about helping out customers and that she values her job. Keep up the good work girl! You're headed for big things in life :)
